" We are so proud and excited to announce our collaboration with InterContinental Semiramis out in Cairo, Egypt. For those of you that know what we are about, it is the expansion of knowledge surrounding all plant medicine. We are looking forward to utilizing the local farms, plants and oceans to create a one of a kind meal on 2 separate days. The Launch Brunch which I will be making a signature Cauliflower dish to accompany the otherChefs in the IHG family in Cairo. And another 6 course tasting menu (with some surprises) on 1/21.
